This policy describes how Les logiciels Straycat ("Straycat", "we") collects, uses, and protects the information processed by Prooftide (the "Service").
We do not collect any information about your clients: the Service does not ask them for a name, an email, or an account to view a gallery or make a selection.
We do not collect and have no access to any payment card information: transactions are processed entirely by Polar.
This information is used solely to provide the Service: authenticating your account, hosting and displaying your galleries, enforcing your plan's limits, and contacting you about your account when needed.
Service data (photographs, gallery metadata, accounts) is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure, in the ca-central-1 (Montreal) region. Billing is processed by Polar. No other third party has access to your data.
Each gallery is accessible through a link containing a unique, unguessable token. Anyone with that link can view the gallery and make selections; treat it as sensitive information and only share it with your clients.
Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete a gallery at any time from the app, which permanently removes the associated photos and selections. To request full account deletion, use our contact form.
Communication with the Service is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to your account is protected by an API key that only you hold.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us.
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced on this page.
